From the gite there are stunning views down over the 1½ acre coarse fishing lake which is well stocked with carp (up to 15lbs), tench, bream, roach etc. Free fishing in the coarse lake is included with your booking.

The gite has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds). The master bedroom is en-suite (toilet, basin, shower) and there is another separate bathroom with toilet, basin & shower.

The fully fitted kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need and overlooks the open-plan dining/sitting room which also benefits from the beautiful views down the field to the lake.

There are French doors from the sitting area to the large, covered terrace which has table & chairs, sun-loungers (with cushions) and a large, purpose-built barbeque.

There is also a 25ft pool which is perfect for cooling off in and enjoying the landscape. The pool has an alarm which automatically activates when the pool is not is use.

The gite has UK satellite TV, a DVD player and WiFi internet connection.

When you arrive you will find the gite perfectly prepared for your holiday. The beds will be made, bath and hand towels are provided for use in the property, as are kitchen and tea towels. We also try to supply all the basics you don't want to have to buy just for a week or two of holiday, such as handwash, new kitchen cloths, washing up liquid, cling film, foil etc. The only extra thing we ask you to bring are swimming or beach towels, if required.
